The Following terms and conditions (these”terms”) apply to your purchase of products and services from cottorex sanitary napkins (company) through this website-www.cottorex.com (this website). Please read these terms carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, also as limitations and exclusions which will apply to you.

By using this website, you are also subject to the company’s terms of use and privacy policy, and therefore the terms of any order, quotations or invoice, and of any product purchased by or licensed to you.

These terms are subject to modifications by company without prior written notice at any time, in company’s sole discretion. The version of those terms that apply to your purchase is going to be the version in effect on the day you submit the applicable order to company.

1.     Orders.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your basket aren’t reserved and should be purchased by other customers.

Cottorex sanitary napkins and Pikki Baby Diapers offer product for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distributions center. Occasionally, however, we could also be expecting shipments from our suppliers. Consequently, you may choose to register you email address for notification of the arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock. If you’ve got registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a selected product featured on our website, we’ll plan to notify you by email within 48 hours of the merchandise becoming available on the web site. Please remember that once in a while certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this era.

Cottorex will store a record of your transaction for minimum of one year.

2.     Pricing Policy.

Prices shown on the site are Indian rupees.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time, the INR price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.

From time to time, prices are subject to changes in response to currency exchanges rate changes, markdown, and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.

If you are customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in INR, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchanges rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

3.     Eligibility to purchase.

In order to make purchase on the Cottorex Sanitary Napkins website, you will be required to provide your personal details in particular; you want to provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you’ll be required to supply payment details that you simply represent and warrant are both valid and proper and you confirm that you are the person mentioned in the billing information provided.

The website is available only to individuals and others who meet the Cottorex Sanitary Napkins terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by bank acceptable to Cottorex Sanitary napkins, whose applications are acceptable to cottorex, and who have authorized Cottorex to process a charger or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total price for the merchandise which they purchase. Products purchased by the customer are for private or gift use and will not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes, or the other commercial benefits in addition, Cottorex reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

By making a suggestion to get the merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where Cottorex feels necessary, to transmit or to get information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your  credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity , to validate your credit/debit card, to get an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize and to authorize individual purchase transaction.

Furthermore, you agree that we may use personal information provided by you so as to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you simply provide could also be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which can keep a record of that information.

4.     Acceptance of order.

We reserve the proper to not accept you order within the event, for instance, that we are unable to get authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a specific item, that the item ordered is out of stock or doesn’t satisfy our internal control standard and is withdrawn or that you simply don’t meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.

We can also refuse to process and thus accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. 5.     Payment Policy.

All payment and credit terms are within the company’s sole discretion and will be specified during your purchase process. Unless otherwise specified, payment must be made in full and received by company prior to the company’s acceptance of an order for products. Advertisements on this website are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services and are not offers to sell. A properly completed order on this website by you constitutes only you constitutes only your offer to purchase the products in your order, even if company has processed payment for such an offer. Your order will be accepted only if and when company sends a confirmation and or a shipping notice email to the email address you provided during your registration or orders process. If the company does not accept your order in whole or in part, the company will refund any amount paid by you to the company for the order or part of the order not accepted.

Any price offer advertisements given by company will be valid for the period stated on the offer or advertisement, except that company reserve the right to reject any sale for any reason, including without limitation for misprint in the price offer or advertisement.

Unless you provide Company with a valid tax exemption certificate applicable to the product shipping destination prior to acceptance of your order by company, you are responsible for all goods and services and harmonized sale taxes, and all other taxes associated with order, except taxes on company’s net income. Separate charges for taxes will be shown on the order invoice.

We offer multiple payment options which may be clearly advertised on the website from time to time such as UPI, credit and debit cards (such as visa, master card American express), internet banking such as SBI, ICICI BANK, HDFC BANK, AXIS BANK, KOTAK BANK, AND YES BANK). You confirm that the credentials you use for making the payment such as credit/debit card are yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use them. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to company, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

6.     Promotional Codes.

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there’s no cash alternative. Furthermore, they can’t be utilized in conjunction with the other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

7.     Insurance & Delivery.

You will own the products on and from the later of the purpose in time when (a) we received payment fully, or (b) we deliver the products to your designation post office.

Cottorex insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered to your specified post office. At the purpose of delivery to the post office liable for your purchased goods passes to you.

When you are returning an item to Cottorex, the responsibility for every time will rest with you. At the purpose of the item reaching Cottorex responsibility for your purchased goods passes to Cottorex.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Delivery times appearing on the location are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In any event, we’ll delivery the products to you within 10 days of the days on which we accept your order. Cottorex isn’t liable for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to allow you to know and that we will take steps to attenuate the effect of the delay. Provided we do that we’ll not be responsible for delays caused by the event , but if there’s a risk of considerable delay you’ll contact us to cancel your order and that we will offer you refund for any goods you’ve got purchased but not received.

8.     No Commercial use.

This site is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from transfer, date mine or sell any content, software, products, or service contained within this site. You may not use this site, or any of its content to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own site…..
