RISK OF LOSS

 

• All items purchased from cottorex.com are made pursuant to a shipment/delivery contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• In case your item is lost in transit, please write to us on sales@cottorex.com, we will be happy send you the particular item(s) again.
• In case the item is out of stock you will be notified and a refund will be processed.
